Position Overview
Transformative Leadership Academy is seeking a passionate, innovative, and collaborative educator to serve as the Head Teacher for our Kindergarten Transition Class (ages 4–6). This role is ideal for a teacher who thrives in a student-centered, relationship-driven environment and is excited to support young learners during a critical developmental stage.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction for students ages 4–6
- Support students’ academic, social-emotional, and behavioral growth
- Use flexible grouping and differentiated instruction to meet diverse learner needs
- Collaborate with colleagues in a team-based teaching model
- Communicate effectively with families to build strong partnerships
- Foster a classroom culture of belonging, independence, and curiosity
- Participate in team meetings, professional learning, and school-wide initiatives
- Utilize formative assessment to guide instruction and support student progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Teaching certification preferred
- Experience working with early childhood or primary students (ages 4–6) preferred
