Sanitary Specialist - Support Staff

 We are seeking a dedicated and caring Sanitary Specialist – Support Staff to join our team. This role is more than just maintenance—it’s about creating a positive environment and showing care for every student who walks through our doors.

 Location: Transformative Leadership Academy, Monahans TX 

 Position Type: Full-Time, $15 per hour, Monday -Thursday, approximately 32 hours per week 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning of school facilities, including mopping, dusting, and maintaining restrooms.
• Assist in the café with lunch preparation, serving, and cleanup.
• Manage the snack bar and restock supplies as needed.
• Care for café pets, including feeding and cleaning animal tanks.
• Maintain an organized inventory of all sanitary and cleaning supplies.
• Perform light groundskeeping tasks such as weed-eating inside playground fences and blowing off porches.
• Assemble furniture, replace lights, and complete routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Proactively ensure facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for students and staff.
• Show kindness, care, and respect for all students, fostering a warm and positive school environment.

Substitute Teacher
